This Privacy Policy explains how Primitive Vision AI Developing Services, a company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“PV”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use the PV platform and its AI agents (the “Services”).

We only collect what we need to run the Services, and we never sell your personal information.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), the topic you select, and your message. When you join early access on the early access page, we collect your email address, your name (if provided), and whether you are an individual or a company. When you create an account, we collect the details needed to set it up and bill you, and the support requests you send us from your dashboard.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of the payment and basic billing details.

Data you process with the Services. Tasks, files, and other content you send to your agents are processed only to perform the work you request.

Usage and device data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic; it does not use cookies. To stop spam, we briefly use your IP address to limit how often our forms can be sent; it is not used for anything else.

• To operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To communicate with you about your account, including service and billing notices.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Services, under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. Today these are:

• Vercel: website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Clerk: sign-in and account management for the PV platform.
• Stripe: payments and invoices.
• Resend: delivering our emails, including contact-form messages.
• Neon: the database that stores messages, early access sign-ups, requests, and invoices.
• Upstash: spam protection for our forms.
• Cloudflare: the live connectivity check on our status page. While that page is open, your browser contacts Cloudflare every 15 seconds; Cloudflare sees your IP address, and the approximate location it returns is shown only to you and isn’t stored by us.
• Anthropic: the AI model behind the “Try an agent” demo on our homepage. Text you paste there is sent to it to produce the result; we don’t store it.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

The PV website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, and fonts are served from our own domain rather than third-party font services.

The PV platform uses strictly necessary cookies, set by Clerk, to keep you signed in, and Stripe may set its own when you pay an invoice. These are needed for the platform to work and are not used for advertising. If we introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Agent data stays in the UAE. The tasks, files, and other content you send to your agents, and the results they produce, are stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates.

Our website and client dashboard (website hosting, sign-in, the requests and invoices shown in your dashboard, email delivery, and analytics) are run by trusted providers who may process the information they need, such as your name, email address, requests, invoices, and contact-form messages, outside the UAE.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, such as for the life of your account or until an enquiry is resolved, and then delete or anonymise it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and isolated execution for agents. Read more on our Security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or through the Services.
